Merchant onboarding

This topic is intended for merchants or ISVs to know how to complete the onboarding process to the Mini Program Platform. See the product guide Using Mini Program Platform for more information.

Quick overview

As a merchant, you can the following onboarding process as illustrated below:

The onboarding process consists of the following procedures:

  1. Apply for an account

Go to the Mini Program portal and enter your basic contact information to apply for an account.

  1. Know Your Business (KYB)

Submit your business information for the Super APP to conduct the Know Your Business (KYB) project.

  1. Approval process

Submit your registration and wait for your Super APP's approval email notification.

  1. Log in to the platform

Log into the Mini Program Platform to manage mini programs.

Prerequisites

The merchant must become a partner of the Super APP first. After that, the merchant contacts the Super APP for the mini program platform address and starts to sign up.

Also, make sure the Super APP has finished the onboarding process.

Procedures

The merchant/ISV onboarding process consists of the following steps.

1. Apply for an account

Contact the Super APP for the link to the Mini Program Platform. By clicking the link within the invitation email you received, create your account as below:

Enter your contact information, and the account creation process is completed.

2. KYB

After you register your account, you'll then be redirected to the Know Your Business page.

Enter the required information, and click Submit.

3. Apply for the approval

After you submit the approval request, the Super APP admin will review and process your request. When the request is approved, you will receive a notification email.

4. Log in to the platform

Use your account to sign in to the Super APP's mini program platform and start to create your mini program.

Now your onboarding process is finished. You can start to create mini programs.
