Download mini program analytics data
The Mini Program platform allows you to download detailed analytics data for your mini programs. You can export the analytics data directly to an Excel sheet for further analysis and reporting.
This manual will guide you through the steps to successfully download and access your mini program analytics data.
Procedure
Take the following steps to export your analytics report:
- Log in to the Mini Program platform.
- In the left navigation panel, choose Analytics > Mini Program Analysis.
- In the upper-right corner of the Mini Program Analysis page, click Download.
- In the Download Mini Program Analytics dialog box that appears, select the target app and date.
- Click Download.
- Wait for the system to prepare the data. Once complete, the file will be saved automatically to your local device.
- Open the downloaded Excel file to view your analytics data. The report includes two primary data categories:
- Mini program basic information:
- Name: The names of mini programs.
- Id: The unique identifiers of mini programs.
- Category: The industry classifications of mini programs.
- Source: The ownership channels of mini programs.
- Analytics data:
- PV: The total number of page/screen loads generated by the mini program during the selected date.
- Total PV 30d: Cumulative page views over the last 30 days.
- UV: The number of distinct visitors who visited the mini program during the selected date. Each visitor is counted once, even if they visit multiple times.
- Total UV 30d: Cumulative unique visitors over the last 30 days.
- New Unique Visitors: The count of new users who visited during the selected date.
- Total New Unique Visitors 30d: Cumulative new unique visitors over the last 30 days.
- Total Users: The total count of users since the mini program was released.
