Manage workspace information
A workspace is the centralized environment on the Mini Program platform where you manage your mini programs. The workspace information serves as your official profile; it contains your legal business identity, contact details, and branding assets.
This topic describes how to manage workspace information.
View workspace information
To view your workspace profile, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Mini Program platform.
- Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and click the Settings (
) icon. - In the Workspace Information section, you can view your current workspace details.
Field | Description |
Company Name | The legal name of your organization as registered with local authorities. |
Business Type | Your registered business category. |
Business Location | The physical office address of your company. |
Country/Region | The primary country or region where your business operates. |
Business Representative | The name of the legal representative for the workspace. |
Business Logo | Your official brand icon. This will represent your workspace identity across the platform. |
Business Website | The official URL of your organization. |
Contact Number | The primary phone number for business inquiries. |
Email Address | The contact email. |
Modify workspace information
On the workspace information page, click the Edit button in the top-right corner to modify your information.
Ensure all provided information is accurate and matches your legal documentation.
After editing the information, read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and check the agreement boxes before clicking Save.
