Learn how an inspection ticket and its associated tasks transition through statuses from start to finish.

Ticket statuses

The status of an inspection ticket progresses as follows:

Status	Description
Created	Initial status. The ticket is successfully created and ready for inspection.
In Progress	An inspection task has started, but not all tasks are complete.
Completed	A final status. All associated inspection tasks finished successfully. You can view the overall inspection result and individual task reports.
Failed	A final status. At least one task failed. The overall inspection result is unavailable, but individual task reports might exist.
Canceled	A final status. The mini program release request was withdrawn or completed review when the ticket was in the Created or In Progress status. The overall inspection result is unavailable, but individual task reports for tasks that finish before cancellation might exist.

Each inspection task (static or dynamic resource inspection) transitions independently. The status of an inspection task progresses as follows:

Created	Initial status. The task is successfully created and pending automated AI analysis.	Initial status. The task is successfully created and pending manual review.
