ISV onboarding
This topic is intended to help ISVs (independent software vendors) to quickly get onboarded to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform.
Basic concepts
Before you start, check the basic concepts below:

Quick overview
As an ISV, you can follow the onboarding process below:
The ISV onboarding process consists of the following procedures:
Go to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and enter your basic information to create an account.
Get started by choosing your role to be an ISV. Fill in the information to tell more about your business. Then submit your request for review.
Submit your request and wait for our approval notification via email.
Log in to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and go to the workspace for further operations.
Procedures
Check below the detailed steps to get boarded to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform as an ISV.
Step 1: Apply for an account
- Go to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and click GET STARTED or SIGN IN.
- Click Sign up to create an account.
- Enter your email, verification code, username, and password. Then read and agree to the Terms of Service. After that, click Sign up to finish creating your account.
Step 2: Choose your role
- After signing up, you are directed to the following page. To continue, choose your role to be an ISV.
- Fill in the following information to provide an overview of your business:
- Company Name: Enter the official registered name of your company. Note: This will become your workspace name automatically.
- Business Address: Enter the address of your company.
- Country/Region: Select the country or region that you registered your company.
- Business Representative: Enter the business representative of your company.
- (Optional) Business Logo: Upload your company logo by following the format rules.
- (Optional) Website: Enter your company website address.
- (Optional) Customer Service Number: Enter your contact number for merchants.
- (Optional) Customer Service Email: Enter your contact email for merchants.
- After filling in the information, remember to read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Then click Submit to submit all your information for review.
- Click CONSOLE and go to your workspaces. Here you can track the status of your request via the workspace with your company name. As shown in the following picture, the workspace that is marked Under Review indicates that the review is processing.
Step 3: Wait for approval
Once your request is approved, you will receive an approval email. You can click the link in the email to view the onboarding details.
With the above steps, you have now completed the ISV onboarding process.
Step 4: Log in to the platform
After getting onboarded to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform, the member role for your account is set as Owner.
You can now log in to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and open the workspace you created to manage your business needs.
To learn how to change your password, refer to Step 5 below.
Step 5: Change password (optional)
If you forget your password, you can follow the steps below to change your password:
- Go to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and click GET STARTED or SIGN IN.
- Click Forgot your password? to continue the process.
- Enter your email address and verification code. Then enter a new password. Click Continue to change your password.
