Deactivate a customized QR code binding

Deactivating a customized QR code binding stops it from directing users to your mini program. This also frees up capacity so you can create new bindings.

Before you begin

Before you begin, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Role: You must have either of the following roles:
    • Workspace Owner or Master
    • Admin for the target mini program
  • Binding status: The binding you want to deactivate must be in the Released status.

Procedure

To deactivate a customized QR code binding, take the following steps:

  1. In your workspace, navigate to the mini program list page.
  2. Find and click the mini program for which you need to deactivate a customized QR code binding.
  3. On the mini program details page, click QR Code > Customized QR Code.
  4. In the customized QR code list, find the binding that you want to deactivate.
  5. In the Actions column, click Deactivate.

Tip: The Status column shows Released for all active bindings. If your target binding shows Draft, you can simply delete it.

  1. In the confirmation dialog, click Deactivate.

The binding status changes from Released to Offline. Your customized QR code binding count decreases by 1, and users who scan a QR code that matches this binding are no longer directed to the mini program page.
