Ticket details page overview
Understand the structure and key fields of the inspection ticket details page.
Page structure
The inspection ticket details page provides comprehensive information about an inspection ticket. The page is structured into three sections:
Mini Program Information section
This section provides essential information to track and reference the inspected mini program. Note that the Target App field specifies the app you need to use to perform manual review of the mini program.
Ticket Information section
This section provides core ticket information, which includes the following fields:
- Inspection Type: The type of inspection for the ticket. Currently, the only value is
Pre-release
, indicating that the mini program is inspected before a version release. - Ticket Status: The current status of the ticket. For more information, refer to Ticket statuses.
- Created By: The ticket creator. All pre-release inspections are labeled
System-generated
, indicating that the ticket is automatically created by Mini Program Platform. - Created At: The date and time the ticket is created.
- Inspection Result: The risk level (either
Low risk
orHigh risk
) assigned to the mini program. The value depends on the risk levels of the associated tasks. If either task indicates a high risk, this field displaysHigh risk
.
Task section
This section shows tasks associated with the current ticket. When a ticket is created, Mini Program Platform automatically generates inspection tasks based on:
- The mini program type (DSL or HTML5)
- The super app's preferences for enabling specific tasks

Each task's details are displayed on an individual card. The following figure illustrates an example task card:
Each task card includes the following information (numbered in red in the figure):
