Service orders

With this topic, merchants can learn how service orders work and their statuses.

Overview

Service Management on Alipay+ Mini Program Platform provides a location for merchants to create, view, and manage service orders. Merchants can search for services and place service orders on Service Market. To learn more, refer to Service Market and Create service orders.

When a service order is created, merchants can view order details and perform further management tasks on Service Orders. Currently, there are six statuses for merchants' service orders: Order Created, Pending Confirmation, In Development, Under Approval, Completed, and Canceled.

Status

Description

Possible Actions

Order Created

A merchant places a service order.

Wait for the service provider to accept the order.

Pending Confirmation

After the service provider accepts the order, it enters a pending state while the merchant checks to ensure they want to authorize the service provider to develop the mini program.

The merchant can choose to reject or confirm the order.

In Development

After the merchant confirms the order, the status moves to the In Development status. The service provider starts to develop the mini program.

Wait for the service provider to develop the mini program.

Under Approval

The order requires approval from the merchant. The service provider finishes the development and sends a request to the merchant for approval.

The merchant can choose to reject or approve the developed mini program.

Completed

The order is completed. When the merchant approves the mini program that is developed by the service provider, the order is completed.

The completed order allows no further processing.

Canceled

The order is canceled. When an order is canceled, there are two situations you can expect: the merchant may reject to confirm the order or the service provider may reject to continue developing the mini program.

The canceled order allows no further processing.
