Overview
The Approvals module is your central hub for managing the requests and approvals on the Mini Program platform. It provides a structured workflow to ensure that critical changes, such as mini program releases, mini program changes, mini program offline, and merchant onboarding, are properly reviewed and authorized before taking effect.

Key features
The Approvals module allows you to:
- View and filter requests: Quickly find specific approval requests by type or status.
- Track your submissions: Monitor the status of all the requests you have submitted.
- Process requests: Approve or reject pending requests to move them forward in the workflow.
Your access to these features depends on your assigned role within the workspace.
Functionality by role
Requests in the Approvals module are categorized into My Approvals and My Requests.
- My Approvals: This tab displays requests that are assigned to you for review and action.
- My Requests: This tab displays requests that you have submitted.
For workspace admins and reviewers
Workspace admins and reviewers can view and process requests on the My Approval tab:
- View all requests: See a comprehensive list of all approval requests submitted by users across the workspace.
- Approve or reject requests: Process pending requests by approving or rejecting them.
For applicants
After submitting requests, applicants can track the progress of the review on the My Requests tab.
- View submissions: View the complete history of all the approval requests you have submitted.
- Track status: Monitor the current status of the requests.
- Withdraw requests: Withdraw requests that no longer need to be submitted.
Types of requests
Requests on the Mini Program platform are categorized into the following types:
- Mini Program: Requests related to mini program lifecycles, such as release, offline, launch, features, and configuration changes.
- Operation: Requests related to operations in the workspace, such as notification delivery and advertising.
- Merchant: Requests related to merchant management, such as merchant onboarding, merchant inviting, merchant changes, and merchant console access.
- User Ratings: Requests regarding user reviews and ratings for compliance.
- ISV Service: Requests related to independent software vendors (ISVs).
- Force Removal: Requests related to force removal of mini programs, including mini program warning, rectification, and removal.
