Delete a reviewer group
Delete a reviewer group when it is no longer needed for request reviews. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you begin
Ensure you meet the following prerequisites:
- Access: You must be a Workspace Admin.
- Unassigned from workflows: The target group is not assigned to any steps in a review workflow.
- No future need: The target group is no longer required for any planned reviews.
Procedure
To delete a reviewer group, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to your workspace and click
(Approvals). - Click Review Settings.
- Select the Reviewer Groups tab.
- Locate the reviewer group you need to delete, and click Delete next to it.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.
A success message appears, confirming that the reviewer group has been deleted.
